麻油蜜汁三文鱼 Sesame & Honey Salmon

【材料】
三文鱼1块、橄榄油2汤匙
【配料】
芦笋4枝、番薯1个(煮熟)
【腌料】
盐1茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙
【酱汁】
牛油1汤匙、姜汁1茶匙、蜂蜜2汤匙、酱油2茶匙、麻油2汤匙、清水2汤匙、生粉水少许
【做法】
1. 用腌料腌三文鱼。(图1-2)
2. 起锅热橄榄油,大火把三文鱼煎至熟后排碟。(图3)
3. 用加盐滚水把芦笋川烫至熟,滴干排在三文鱼旁边。(图4)
4. 把煮熟的番薯压成番薯泥,随意捏成形状排碟。
5. 在平底锅热牛油然后加入全部酱汁材料,煮至浓稠后淋在三文鱼上即可。(图5)

【Ingredients】
1 block salmon, 2 tbsp olive oil
【Sub-ingredients】
4 stalks asparagus, 1 sweet potato (cooked)
【Condiments】
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper
【Sauce】
1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp ginger juice, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp water, some starch
【Method】
1. Marinate salmon with condiments. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat olive oil in pan, sear salmon in high heat until cooked, place on serving plate. (pic 3)
3. Blanch asparagus in salted boiling water until cooked, drain and plate with salmon.(pic 4)
4. Mash cooked potato, knead into desire shape and plate with salmon.
5. Heat butter in pan, add in all other sauce ingredients and boil until thicken, pour over salmon to serve. (pic 5)
