普京素鳕鱼 Curry Mock Cod Fish

【材料】
A:素鳕鱼2片
B:生奶水1⁄2罐、菜油1⁄2汤匙、咖哩叶2束
C:蘑菇2粒(切片)、红辣椒1条(切角形)
【调味料】
糖1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙、调味素1⁄2茶匙、咖喱粉1汤匙、黄姜粉1⁄2茶匙
【做法】
1.镬中烧热炸油,把素鳕鱼炸至金黄色,捞出沥干油后,摆盘。(图1-2)
2.另外热锅,放入材料B和调味料煮滚,转小火继续焖煮片刻至香味溢出。(图3-4)
3.最后加入材料C,煮滚淋在素鳕鱼上即可。(图5-6)


【Ingredients】
A:2 pcs mock cod fish
B:1⁄2 canned evaporated milk, 1⁄2 tbsp margarine, 2 stalk curry leaves
C:2 pcs button mushroom (sliced), 1 red chili (cut wedges)
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp vegetarian stock granule, 1⁄2 tbsp curry powder, 1⁄2 tsp
turmeric powder
【Method】
1.Deep fry mock cod fish in hot oil until golden brown, dish out and place on
serving plate.(pic 1-2)
2.Heat ingredients B and seasoning in a clean wok, bring to boil, simmer for whort
while till flavour infuse.(pic 3-4)
3.Add in ingredients C and bring to boil, dish out and pour over mockfish.(pic 5-6)
