香橙面包杯子糕 Orange Cup Bread

【材料】
A:高筋面粉150克、水150毫升、酵母2小匙
B:高筋面粉250克、糖80克、奶水40毫升、奶粉30
克、马芝林菜油80克、鲜橙皮1粒(刨碎)、鲜橙汁20毫升、葡萄干30克
【做法】
1.把材料A的面粉筛过,加入清水、酵母拌匀,待发酵2个小时成面种。
2.把材料B的糖、奶水、奶粉先拌匀,加入面粉,再和面种拌匀,最后加入其余材料,揉匀待发15至20分
钟。(图1-3)
3.将面团分割40克放入纸杯,再发酵膨胀。(图4-5)
4.送入预热烤箱,以180℃烘烤20分钟至熟及金黄色即可。(图6)


【Ingredients】
A:150g high protein flour, 150ml water, 2 tsp instant yeast
B:250g high protein flour, 80g sugar, 40ml milk, 30g milk powder, 80g margarine, 1 orange skin
(grated), 20ml fresh orange juice, 30g raisin
【Method】
1. Sift the A flour and then mixes with water and yeast and let rise for 2 hours.
2. Combined sugar, milk and milk powder from ingredients B, add in flour and yeast dough, follow
with all other ingredients and knead into smooth dough, let rise for 15-20 minutes.(pic 1-3)
3. Apportion dough into 40g each, place in paper cup and let rise until fully occupied the cup.(pic

4. Put into pre-heated oven at 180℃ and bake
