酒香炖排骨 Stewed Rib with Wine

材料 :
排骨600克、糯米酒500克、当归3片、老姜1小块、冰糖3-4粒、双料白米酒2汤匙(最后下)
做法 :
1 排骨川烫沸水,洗净备用。(图1)
2 将排骨连同其余材料一起放入炖盅盖上,隔水炖2小时。(图3-6)
3 开盖后,趁热淋入白米酒,增加酒香味便可。

INGREDIENTS :
600g spare ribs, 500g glutinous rice wine, 3 slices DangGui, 1 piece old ginger, 3-4 pcs rock sugar, 2
tbsp double steamed rice wine (add last)
METHOD :
1 Blanch ribs in boiling water and wash. (pic 1)
2 Place all ingredients in a stewing pot and double boil for 2 hours. (pic 3-6)
3 Open lid add in rice wine and serve.
