红烧凤梨虾 Pineapple Prawns

【材料】
中虾12只、小葱头5粒、姜丝20克、蒜茸1汤匙、黄梨 1⁄4粒(切块)、番茄2粒(切块)
【调味料】
盐适量、番茄酱、糖1汤匙
【做法】
1. 镬内热油适量,放入虾泡熟,捞起沥干油备用。(图1-2)
2. 镬内留少许油,爆香小葱头、姜丝及蒜茸,加入黄梨块炒好。(图3-4)
3. 加入番茄块及调味料炒匀后放入虾兜匀。(图5-6)
4. 注入少许清水再煮片刻即可盛碟享用。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
12 medium size prawns, 5 shallot, 20g juliennes ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1⁄4 pineapple (cut into pieces), 2 tomato (cut into pieces)
【Seasonings】
Dash of salt and tomato sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
【Method】
1. Heat some oil in wok, sauté prawns until cooked, drain.(pic 1-2)
2. Keep some oil in wok, sauté shallot, ginger and garlic until fragrant, toss in pineapple.(pic 3-4)
3. Toss in tomatoes, seasoning and return fried prawns into wok.(pic 5-6)
4. Pour in some water, boil briefly and dish out.(pic 7-8)
