煎麦香藕饼 Lotus Root Patty

【材料】
莲藕250克、鲜香菇3朵、红萝卜30克、芫茜1小棵、老人麦片1汤匙(略搅碎)
【调味料】
盐1⁄2小匙、胡椒粉1⁄8小匙、淡色生抽1小匙、麻油1小匙
【做法】
1. 先用50莲藕、香菇、红萝卜切丁粒,芫茜切碎待用。
2. 将其余莲藕刨成幼丝沥干水份,放入大碗,加入全部材料和调味料拌均匀,每个做成圆形压成圆饼。(图

3. 用平底锅加少许油烧热,放入莲藕饼慢火煎透,待煎至两面呈金黄色,取出盛碟享用。(图5)

【Ingredients】
250g lotus root , 3 pieces fresh mushroom, 30g carrot, 1 stalk coriander, 1 tbsp instant oat
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄8 tsp pepper, 1⁄2 bowl water, 1 tsp corn flour (mix with water), 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil
【Method】
1. Chop 50g of lotus root with mushroom, carrot and coriander coarsely.
2. Juliennes the rest of lotus root and squeeze off excessive water, and then mixes with seasoning
and all other ingredients, shape into round patty.(pic 1-4)
3. Heat some oil in pan, sear the patties until both side turns golden brown, done.(pic 5)
