【鱼柳材料】可做6个
6片各重130克无骨鱼柳、面粉1⁄4杯、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、薯片150克(捣碎)
【配料】
黑炭汉堡包6个、塔塔酱、芥末酱、生菜、墨西哥脆片、芝士片各适量
【做法】
1. 将鱼肉洗净切片,用盐,胡椒粉及橄榄油腌好。(图1)
2. 把鱼柳先沾面粉再沾蛋液,然后沾碎薯片。(图2-4)
3. 把所有鱼柳收入冰箱以让薯片碎粘紧鱼柳。
4. 烧热油,以中火炸鱼柳至酥脆,滴干油。(图5)
【组合】
将黑炭汉堡包打横切开,涂牛油,把生菜、美奶滋及炸鱼柳顺序放在面包上,淋上芥末酱、塔塔酱,再放上墨西哥脆片,盖上面包即可享用。(图6-8)

【Fish Ingredients】for 6 portions
6 pcs boneless fish fillet,1⁄4 cup plain flour for dusting 1 egg(lighty beaten), 150 g salted potato chips (crushed)
【Sub-Ingredients】
6 burger charcoal buns, some mustard sauce, tartar sauce, store bought nachos, Cheese slices and lettuce
leaves
【Method】
1. Wash and marinade the fish fillet with some salt, pepper and olive oil.(pic 1)
2. Dust the marinated fish fillet with flour, then dip into the egg mixture and follow with the crushed potato chips. (pic 2-4)
3. Chill all the fish fillets in the refrigerator to allow the chips to stick onto the fillet.
4. Deep fry the fish fillet over medium heat until crispy, drain.(pic 5)
【To Assemble】
Split and buttered charcoal burger, lay with salad leaf and mayonnaise, stack over the crispy fish fillet, spread mustard sauce and tartar sauce over place the nachos for crunch, cover with another half of bun, serve immediately. (pic 6-8)
