海鲜番茄意大利面 Seafood & Tomato Spaghetti

【材料】
A:大洋葱1颗(切碎)、蒜头3颗(切片)、鲜香菇5朵(切片)、番茄膏20克、 意大利面250克(煮
熟)
B:鲜虾10只(去壳)、鲜鱿鱼2只(切圈)、青口6只
C:罗勒叶5片、西芹适量(切碎)
【调味料】
干辣椒粉适量、鸡精粉 1⁄2 茶匙、黑胡椒粉 1⁄2 茶匙、白糖 1⁄2 茶匙、 海盐 1⁄2 茶匙
【做法】
1. 将青口洗净烫熟备用。(图1)
2. 用平底锅加热牛油,爆香洋葱、蒜片及香菇至香,加入鲜虾和鲜鱿鱼大火炒片刻。(图2-3)
3. 注入番茄膏,转小火煮1分钟,接着加入青口。(图4-5)
4. 加入调味料炒匀后再加入已经准备好的意大利面翻炒。(图6-7)
5. 最后加入材料C拌匀就可以上碟。(图8)

【Ingredients】
A:1 onion (chopped), 3 pips garlic (sliced), 5 pcs fresh mushroom (sliced), 20g tomato paste, 250g
spaghetti (pre-cooked)
B:10 prawns (shelled), 2 fresh squids (cut rings), 10pcs mussels
C:5 sprigs basil, some chopped celery
【Seasoning】
Dash of paprika, 1⁄2 tsp each of chicken powder, black pepper, sugar and seas salt
【Method】
1.Wash and blanch mussels.(pic 1)
2.Heat butter in skillet, sautégarlic, onion and mushroom until fragrant, and then add in squids and
prawns, cook in high heat until cook through.(pic 2-3)
3.Add in tomato paste and simmer in low heat for 1 minute.Add in mussels.(pic 4-5)
4.Season to taste and toss in pre-cooked spaghetti. (pic 6-7)
5.Toss in ingredients C and dish out.(pic 8)
