法式橙香煎饼 French thin crepes with orange sauce

【材料】
A:面粉200克、油30毫升、鸡蛋2颗、香草精少许、牛奶150毫升
B:鲜橙2颗(一粒去皮切片;另一粒挤汁)
C:糖3汤匙、牛油2汤匙、白兰地2汤匙、鲜奶油 30毫升
【做法】
1. 准备大盘将材料A一起倒入混合成糊料备用。(图1)
2. 平底锅抹上牛油,倒入糊料煎成薄片备用。(图2-3)
3. 大火预热平底锅,加入糖、牛油及橙片炒至金黄再转中火。
4. 倒入白兰地,蒸发酒精后加入橙汁,接着加入鲜奶油煮至浓稠。(图4-5)
5. 将煎饼排碟,淋上酱汁即可。

【Ingredients】
A:200g plain flour, 30ml oil, 2 eggs, some vanilla essence, 150ml milk
B:2 fresh oranges (slice 1 orange and juice another)
C:2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp brandy, 30ml fresh cream
【Method】
1. Mix all ingredients A in a big bowl, whisk and mix well until smooth, set aside. (pic 1)
2. Heat some butter in frying pan, cook the crepes in a hot, well-greased pan. Set aside on a plate. (pic 2-3)
3. In a pre-heat frying pan, melt butter with sugar, add in the orange slices and stir well until turn color, turn low heat.
4. Add the brandy, bring to a boil, then add in orange juice and fresh cream, simmer till sauce is thick. (pic 4-5)
5. Serve the pancake with orange sauce.
