展翅高飞 Baked Chicken Wings with Tea Leaves

【材料】
鸡翅膀4只、茶叶1汤匙
【腌料】
麻油1茶匙、酱油1茶匙、蚝油2汤匙、甜酱油2汤匙
【做法】
1. 鸡翅膀洗净,沥干。茶叶用热水洗一洗,沥干备用。
2. 将腌料和茶叶拌匀,均匀抹在鸡翅膀,腌制15至20分钟,或腌过夜。(图1-3)
3. 腌好的鸡翅膀摆在铺了锡纸的烤盘,放入预热烤箱,以180℃烤20至30分钟至金黄熟透即可。(图4)

【Ingredients】
4 chicken wings, 1 tbsp tea leaves
【Marinade Ingredients】
1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce/ kecap manis
【Method】
1. Rinse chicken wings and drain. Rinse tea leaves with hot water and drain.
2. Rub marinade ingredients and tea leaves with the chicken wings. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes or overnight. (pic 1-3)
3. Arrange marinated chicken wings on baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Remove and serve. (pic 4)
