鬼马芋泥球 Fancy Yam Ball

【材料】
A:油条1条、芋头泥200克
B:鲜香菇2朵、素火腿20克、马蹄2粒、芫茜适量(各切碎)
C:面粉适量(撒面)
【调味料】
幼盐1小匙、胡椒粉1⁄4小匙、五香粉1⁄4小匙、澄面粉1汤匙
【做法】
1.把切碎材料B和调味料加入芋头泥拌匀待用。(图1-2)
2.油条切1.5cm小圆块,表面浇上少许面粉,把芋泥分成每粒20克,铺在油条上。(图3)
3.浇热油,放入芋泥球炸至金黄色,捞起滤干油份即可食用。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】
A:1 Yaw Zha Kuai, 200g mashed yam
B:2 pcs fresh mushroom, 20g mock ham, 2 water chestnuts, some coriander (chop all)
C: Plain flour (for dusting)
【Seasoning】
1 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp pepper, 1⁄4 tsp 5 spiced powder, 1 tbsp. wheat starch
【Method】
1. Mixes ingredients B and seasoniong with mashed yam. (pic 1-2)
2.Cut Yaw Zha Kuai into 1.5cm round pieces, dust with some plain flour and spread yam mixture on top.(pic 3)
3.Deep fry the yam ball until golden brown; drain and serve.(pic 4-5)
