材料
瘦肉150g(切片)、马铃薯100g(切片)、木耳15g(泡发、洗净切丝)、红萝卜30g(切片)、生姜15g(切片)、麻油1 汤匙、黄酒1 汤匙
调味料
鸡汤100ml、食盐1⁄2 茶匙
做法
1. 将麻油倒入炒锅内烧热,投入姜片爆香,加入肉片、红萝卜、马铃薯、木耳及黄酒翻炒片刻,加入调味料焖烧至材料熟透即可。(图1-4)

功能
补血养血,健脾和胃,益肾明目,润肤养颜
适应症
产后体弱,贫血面黄,疲倦乏力,视力下降。

Ingredients
150g lean meat (sliced), 100g potato (sliced), 15g black fungus (soaked, washed & julience), 30g carrot (sliced), 15g ginger (slices), 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice wine
Seasoning
100ml chicken stock, 1⁄2 tsp salt
Method
1.Heat sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, toss in meat, carrot, potato, black fungus and wine, stir-fry for a while , then add in seasonings, simmer till ingredients cooked and dish out.(pic 1-4)
