辣椒蛋 Chili Egg

材料A
蛋8粒(煮熟,去壳备用)
材料B :
素峇拉煎10克、辣椒糊5汤匙、咖哩粉1汤匙
调味料:
番茄汁3汤匙、糖1½汤匙、盐½茶匙、酸梅汁1汤匙
做法:
1 先将熟蛋下火炸至金黄色,备用。(图1)
2 烧热油,加入B材料炒香,再加入调味料,煮2分钟。(图2-5)
3 将蛋排入碟,倒入辣椒糊料,即可享用。(图6)

INGREDIENTS A
8 hardboiled eggs (cooked and shelled)
INGREDIENTS B
10g mock Belacan, 5 tbsp chili boh, 1 tbsp curry powder
SEASONING
3 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 ½ tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp. plum sauce

METHOD
1 Deep fry hardboiled eggs in hot oil until golden brown; dish out. (pic 1)
2 Heat some oil in wok, sauté ingredients B until fragrant, toss in seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes. (pic 2-5)
3 Arrange eggs in a serving plate, pour over the chilies sauce and dish out. (pic 6)
