螺丝意粉沙拉 FusilliSalad

【材料】
A:螺丝意粉1碗、橄榄50克
B:洋葱100克(切片)、番茄 100克(切块)、鬼豆100克、香肠100克、马铃薯(煮熟切丁)100克
【调味料】
盐、黑胡椒粉、香料粉各适量
【做法】
1. 准备一锅热水,加入少许盐和油,倒入螺丝意粉煮约8分钟至熟,沥干备用。
2. 将马铃薯炸至金黄备用。(图1)
3. 把平底锅预热,加入洋葱炒香,然后加入香肠、鬼豆、番茄和炸好的马铃薯,关火。(图2-4)
4. 最后加入螺丝意粉、橄榄和少许调味搅拌均匀。(图5-6)


【Ingredients】
A:1 bowl Fusilli, 50g olive
B:100g onion (sliced), 100g tomato (wedges), 100g French bean, 100g sausage, 100g potato (cooked and cubed)
【Seasoning】
salt, black pepper powder and ground herbs to taste
【Method】
1. Boil a pot of water with dash of salt and oil, scud the Fusilli for about 8 minutes; drain.
2. Deep fry potato until golden brown.(pic 1)
3. Heat pan with some oil, sauté onion until fragrant; and then toss in sausage, French bean, tomato and fried potato; off heat.(pic 2-4)
4. Stir in Fusilli, olive and seasoning, done.(pic 5-6)
