蒜香椒酱烧牛扒Spicy Garlic Steak

【材料】
牛臀肉(澳洲入口)4块、蒜茸1汤匙、小葱头茸1汤匙
【酱汁材料】 混合
辣椒酱2汤匙、番茄酱2汤匙、L+P酱1⁄2汤匙、椰糖1⁄2汤匙、Tabara sauce 1⁄2茶匙、味精1茶匙、黑胡
椒粉少许
【做法】
1.用槌子槌牛臀肉扒,放入镬中以油煎至半熟,取出。(图1-3)
2.用油爆香蒜茸与小葱头茸,倒入所有酱汁煮沸。(图4-5)
3.加入牛扒拌煮至酱汁完全吸入牛扒,即可上碟。(图6)

【Ingredients】
4 pc Australian round tip steak, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped shallot
【Sauce】combine
2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1⁄2 tbsp LP sauce, 1⁄2 tbsp gula Melaka, 1⁄2 tbsp tabara sauce,
1 tsp MSG, dash of pepper
【Method】
1. Lightly pound each slice of steak and sear in the wok until semi-cooked, dish out. (pic 1-3)
2. Saute garlic and shallot with some oil in wok until fragrant, pour in sauce ingredients, bring to
boil.(pic 4-5)
3. Add in steak and cook until it absorb all sauce, done.(pic 6)
