苹果酒牛油蛋糕 SAVANNA Cider Pound Cake

【材料】
牛油250克(室温)、白油120克、盐1⁄2茶匙、细糖250克、A蛋5粒、香草精1茶匙、普通面粉
400克、发粉1⁄2茶匙、桂皮粉3⁄4茶匙、豆蔻粉1⁄2茶匙、Savanna Dry 苹果酒250毫升、罐头苹果500
克(滴干)
【做法】
1. 把烤炉预热至180℃,用1个6 X 9 寸长方形盆,涂上牛油再铺油纸。
2. 用搅拌器把白油、盐、牛油及糖搅拌至发起。逐个加入鸡蛋,慢速搅拌均匀。(图1)
3. 加入香草精,再搅拌30秒钟。(图2)
4. 把面粉,发粉,盐及香料粉混合,然后筛入牛油混合料中。最后再加入Savanna Dry 苹果酒,搅
拌均匀。(图3-4)
5. 把面糊倒入盆子里,上铺罐头苹果肉,然后放入烤炉烤70分钟或至熟,以刀插入测试,以不沾物
为准。(图5-8)
6. 从烤炉取出蛋糕,待凉后才且来吃。

【Ingredients】
250g butter(at room temperature), 120g shortening, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 250 g caster sugar, 5 “Grade
A” eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 400 g plain flour(sifted), 1⁄2 tsp baking powder, 3⁄4 tsp ground
cinnamon, 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg powder, 250 ml Savanna Dry cider, 500 g canned apples, drained
【Method】
1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Use a 6”x 9” rectangle pan, grease pan with butter & line it.
2. Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment cream together the shortening, salt, butter and
sugar.
3. Add eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl after every addition.(pic 1)
4. Add the vanilla essence and beat another 30 seconds.(pic 2)
5. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in a medium bowl and sift into the butter
mixture.Fold in Savanna Dry cider until all the ingredients are well combined.(pic3-4)
6. Pour batter into the cake pan, arrange the canned apple slices on top. Bake in pre-heated
oven for 70 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.(pic 5-8)
