苹果柳橙汤 Apple & Orange Soup

【材料】
橄榄油1汤匙、苹果3粒、番茄10粒、高汤1公升、鲜橙2粒、盐少许
【做法】
1.将苹果、番茄切块;鲜橙榨汁备用。(图1-3)
2.在锅中加热橄榄油、加入番茄块拌炒5分钟或煮至番茄软。(图4)
3.加入高汤和苹果继续加温搅拌约20分钟或煮至苹果发软,熄火。(图5-6)
4.将汤汁与食材一起放入搅拌器中搅成糊状,再倒入锅中煮沸。(图7)
5.转小火煮30分钟或将汤煮浓后,加入柳橙汁与盐调味即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
1 tbsp olive oil, 3 apple, 10 tomato, 1 litter stock, 2 oranges, dash of salt
【Method】
1. Dice apple and tomatoes; squeeze juice from oranges. (pic 1-3)
2. Heat olive oil in wok, stir fry tomato for 5 minutes until soften.(pic 4)
3. Pour in stock and apple, keep boiling for 20 minutes until aplle soften, remove from heat.(pic 5-6)
4. Pour the mixture into blender and blend to become puree. An then simmer it in low heat.(pic 7)
5. Continue simmer for about 30 minutes until thicken, toss in orange juice and season with salt.(pic 8)
