芝士焗金片 Baked Golden Cheese Chips

[材料]
豆包200克、干乳酪碎1汤匙、巴西利芫荽少许(切碎)、红辣椒1条(切碎)
[腌料]
幼盐1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙、咖喱粉1小匙、面粉1汤匙、粟米粉1/2汤匙
[做法]
1.把湿豆包沥干水份,切成小块。
2.然后加入腌料拌均,腌20分钟。
3.烧热油,把豆包分开炸至金黄色盛起待用。
4.将炸好豆包盛起排放在盘上,浇上芝士碎放入烤炉焗3分钟即可再烧上巴西利碎和红辣椒碎即可享用。
Ingredients:
200g gluten, 1 tbsp chopped cheese, some chopped parsley, 1 red chili (chopped)
Condiments:
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 rsp curry powder, 1 tbsp plain flour, 1/2 tbsp corn flour
Method:
- Drain wet gluten and then cut into small pieces.
- Marinate with condiments for 20 minutes.
- Deep fry gluten pieces in hot oil until golden brown.
- Spread fried gluten on top of baking plate, then sprinkle chopped cheese on top and bake in oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chopped parsley and red chili on top and serve.
