芝士焗金片 Baked Golden Cheese Chips

[材料]

豆包200克、干乳酪碎1汤匙、巴西利芫荽少许(切碎)、红辣椒1条(切碎)

[腌料]

幼盐1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙、咖喱粉1小匙、面粉1汤匙、粟米粉1/2汤匙

[做法]

1.把湿豆包沥干水份,切成小块。

2.然后加入腌料拌均,腌20分钟。

3.烧热油,把豆包分开炸至金黄色盛起待用。

4.将炸好豆包盛起排放在盘上,浇上芝士碎放入烤炉焗3分钟即可再烧上巴西利碎和红辣椒碎即可享用。

Ingredients:

200g gluten, 1 tbsp chopped cheese, some chopped parsley, 1 red chili (chopped)

Condiments:

1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 rsp curry powder, 1 tbsp plain flour, 1/2 tbsp corn flour

Method:

  1. Drain wet gluten and then cut into small pieces.
  2. Marinate with condiments for 20 minutes.
  3. Deep fry gluten pieces in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Spread fried gluten on top of baking plate, then sprinkle chopped cheese on top and bake in oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chopped parsley and red chili on top and serve.
