材料:

大热狗4条、小黄瓜2条(剁碎) 、大葱1/2粒(剁碎) 、牛油40克(室温) 、法式芥茉酱适量、热狗面包4个(表面剖开

肉酱:

栗米油30毫升、大葱1/2粒(剁碎) 、蒜头3瓣(剁碎) 、迷迭香2束、西芹50克(剁碎) 、红萝卜50克(剁碎0、肉碎300克(肉类随意) 、褐汤100毫升、番茄膏40克、盐和黑胡椒粉适量

做法:

  1. 起锅热油。
  2. 倒入肉碎,炒至微黄。
  3. 加入大葱茸、蒜茸、迷迭香及番茄膏。
  4. 拌入红萝卜和西芹,炒至软身。
  5. 倒入褐汤,煮至滚后小火焖至肉软但汁未全干。
  6. 以盐和黑胡椒粉调味。

吃法:

  1. 热狗放入滚水中煮一煮。
  2. 在剖开的热狗面包缝里涂牛油,然后放在不黏锅上煎一煎。
  3. 塞入热狗,淋上肉酱。
  4. 撒上大葱茸、小黄瓜茸和法式芥茉酱即可。

Ingredients:

4 no Jumbo sausages,2 no Gherkin- finely dice,½  Onion – finely chopped,40 gm Butter- room temperature,As needed French mustard,
4 no Hot dog bun- slightly slip open

Meat sauce:
30 ml Corn oil,½ no Onion – chopped,3 cloves Garlic – chopped,2 sprig Fresh thyme,50 gm Celery – finely chopped,50 gm Carrot – finely chopped,300 gm Minced pork/chicken/beef,100 ml Brown sauce,40 gm Tomato/pasta sauce,t.t  Salt, black pepper

Method of Preparation:
To prepare the meat sauce:
1. Heat corn oil in a saucepan.
2. Cook minced pork/chicken/beef till slightly brown and dry.
3. Add in onion, garlic, thyme and tomato paste.
4. Stir in carrot and celery. Cook till slightly soft.
5. Add in brown sauce, bring to boil and simmer till the minced pork/chicken/ beef is tender.* add water if it is too dry.
6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

To serve:
1. boil sausage in boiling water.
2. spread the inside hot dog bun with butter. Pan fried on a non-stick pan till butter is melted.
3. put a sausage into each bun and scoop meat sauce over.
4. top up with chopped onion and gherkin; served with French mustard.
