肉丸蒸滑豆腐 Steamed Toufu Meat Balls

材料A:

软豆腐1块(用茶匙挖8个洞)

材料B:

肉碎150克、鱼鲛100克、马蹄碎1汤匙、咸鱼碎50克、芫荽2汤匙和青葱粒、粟粉1汤匙、胡椒粉适量

做法:

1.将B料拌匀,然后揉成鱼蛋形。(图1-3)

2.把肉丸填入豆腐的凹处。(图4)

3.将豆腐蒸10分钟,取出趁热进食。(图5)

INGREDIENTS A:

1 piece soft toufu(scope out some flesh to make 8 holes)

INGREDIENTS B:

150g minced meat, 100g fish paste, 50g minced salted fish, 2 tbsp chopped parsley & spring onion, 1 tbsp cornflour, pepper to taste

METHOD:

1.Mix B and make into fish ball shape. (pic 1-3)

2.Stuff the meat ball into the toufu holes. (pic 4)

3.Steam toufu for 10 minutes. Remove and serve hot. (pic 5)
