素马来盏炒饭 Vegetarian Balacan Fried Rice

【材料】
白饭2碗、空心菜100克(切碎)、豆干1块、鲜粟米2汤匙(烫熟)、红萝卜50克(烫熟)、红辣
椒1只(切碎)
【调味料】
马来盏粉1汤匙、辣椒粉1小匙、盐1⁄2小匙、生抽1⁄2小匙
【做法】
1. 先将豆干切丁粒,炸香待用。
2. 烧热油加入红萝卜、炸豆干、粟米和空心菜炒匀。(图1-2)
3. 倒入调味料和白饭,一起拌炒至饭干及Q,起锅前,加入辣椒拌匀即可。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
2 bowls white rice, 100g Kangkung (chopped), 1 tofu, 2 tbsp fresh corn kernel (blanched), 50g carrot (blanched), 1 red chili (chopped)
【Seasonings】
1 tbsp vegetarian balacan powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp soy sauce
【Method】
1. Dice tofu and then deep fry until golden brown, dish out and set aside.
2. Heat some oil in wok, sauté carrot, deep fried tofu, corn kernel and kangkong until fragrant. (pic1-2)
3. Toss in seasonings and white rice, stir-fry until the rice dries up, mix in red chili before dish out. (pic 3-4)
