素火腿蒸香芋 Steamed Yam with Mock Ham

材料 :
芋头½个、素火腿50克
汁料 :(拌匀)
清水100毫升、南乳1片、胡椒粉1茶匙、麻油少许、黄糖少许、粟粉1茶匙
做法 :
1 芋头削皮,再切成2公分厚度,放入热油中炸至半熟,备用。(图1)
2 把素火腿切片,放入热油中炸熟,捞起滴干油备用。(图2)
3 将一片素火腿夹在芋头中,排在盘上,预热蒸炉以大火蒸15分钟。
4 把混合汁料煮滚至浓,淋在芋头上,加上芫荽,即可。图3-6)

INGREDIENTS A :
½ yam, 50g mock ham
SAUCE : (MIXES ALL)
100ml water, 1 block red fermented bean curd, 1tsp pepper, dash of sesame oil and brown sugar,
1 tsp corn flour

METHOD :
1 Peel yam and cut into 2 cm thick slices; and then slit from center and deep fry in hot oil
until semi cooked. (pic 1)
2. Cut mock ham into thin slices and then deep fry; set aside. (pic 2)
3. Sandwich each with mock ham in the center; arrange in plate and steam in high
heat for 15 minutes.
4. Bring sauce ingredients to boil and pourover the yam , garnish with some coriander
and serve. (pic 3-6)
