白酱青口 White Sauce Mussels

【材料】
A:蓝牡蛎500克(约20颗)
B:橄榄油1汤匙、蒜米3瓣(切碎)、洋葱1⁄2粒(切碎)、百里香少许、鲜奶油200毫升、罗勒
叶30克(切碎)
C:法国面包4片
【调味料】
盐1⁄2茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙
【做法】
1. 把青口用热水汆烫约1分钟,捞起沥干水备用。
2. 准备一个深的锅子,用橄榄油炒香洋葱、蒜米及百里香,加入鲜奶油煮滚。(图1-2)
3. 倒入青口和调味料煮沸。
4. 上桌前加入罗勒叶。
5. 配烤法国面包享用。

【Ingredients】
A:500g Mussels
B:1 tbsp olive oil, 3 pips garlic, 1⁄2 onion (chop all), some thyme, 200ml fresh cream, 30g basil leaf
C:4 slices French baguette
【Seasonings】
Dash of salt, sugar and black pepper
【Method】
1. Sauté onion, garlic and thyme with olive oil in a deep pot until fragrant, pour in fresh cream. (pic 1-2)
2. Blanch mussels in boiling water for 1 minute, drain.
3. Toss in mussels and seasonings, bring to boil again. (pic 3-4)
4. Arrange in plate and top with basil and serve.
5. Serve with toasted baguette.
