煎豆腐米饼 Tofu Rice Patties

【材料】
硬豆腐2块、五谷米饭1碗、小白菜100克(切丝)、红、黄灯笼椒50克(切丁)、素火腿30克(切
丁)
【调味料】
盐1汤匙、黑胡椒粉少许、麻油1茶匙
【装饰】
生菜及小番茄各少许
【做法】
1.将豆腐洗净搓烂备用。(图1)
2.加入其余全部材料和调味料拌匀。(图2-3)
3.取一小块豆腐混合料揉成一小团,压成面饼状,沾少许面粉备用。(图4)
4.在平底锅内热1汤匙油,放入饭团煎2-3分钟至两面金黄色,即可趁热盛碟享用。(图5)

【Ingredients】
2 beancurd, 1 mixed rice, 100g xiu bak choi(diced), 50g each red and yellow capsicum (diced), 30g vegetarian ham(diced)
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp salt, dash of black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil
【Garnishing】
some lettuce and cherry tomato
【Method】
1.Wash tofu and mash, set aside.(pic 1)
2.Add in all remaining ingredients and seasoning, mix well.(pic 2-3)
3.Take some tofu mixture and gently form each section into a round “patty” shape, coat with some flour.(pic 4)
4.Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add in patties when oil is heated. sear for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden color. Serve hot. (pic 5)
