焗芝士通心粉 Baked Cheese Penne

【材料】
牛油10克、培根(剁碎)1条、蘑菇(切片)30克、蒜茸30克、百里香一束、意大利斜段通心粉250克(
煮熟)、鲜奶油200毫升、mozarella芝士1碗、巴马臣芝士粉适量
【调味料】
糖、盐、黑胡椒粉及红椒粉各适量
【做法】
1. 准备平底锅,加入少许牛油,把培根和蘑菇及蒜茸炒香。(图1-2)
2. 倒入鲜奶油及百里香,然后加入意大利斜段通心粉和适量盐、糖及胡椒粉调味。(图3-4)
3. 把煮熟的意大利粉倒入一个深碗,撒上mozarella芝士及巴马臣芝士粉,最后撒上红椒粉。(图5-6)
4. 把通心粉放入预热至180度烤箱烤至表面金黄即可。(图7)

【Ingredients】
10g butter,1 pc bacon (chopped), 30g button mushroom (sliced), 30g chopped garlic, 1 stalk thyme,
250g penne Rigate (cooked), 200ml fresh cream, 1 bowl mozarella cheese, some grated parmesan
cheese
【Seasonings】
sugar, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika to taste
【Method】
1. Heat butter in pan, sauté bacon, mushroom and garlic until fragrant.(pic 1-2)
2. Pour in fresh cream, thyme, and then add in Penne Rigate, salt, sugar and pepper.(pic 3-4)
3. Shift cooked Penne Rigate into a deep bowl, sprinkle mozarella cheese and parmesan cheese and
lastly paprika on top.(pic 5-6)
4. Bake the cheese Penne bowl in pre-heat oven at 180℃ until the top become golden brown, done.
