滋补五谷饭粥 Multigrain Porridge

【材料】
五谷米熟饭2碗、紫山药或白山药200克、鲜粟米100克、鲜香菇5朵、腰果50克、枸杞子30克、姜米
1⁄2汤匙、清水5碗
【调味料】
香菇粉1茶匙、胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙、盐1茶匙、麻油1茶匙
【装饰】
芫茜碎少许
【做法】
1.将山药和香菇切丁。
2.把全部材料和水一起放入锅中煮15分钟,加入调味料拌匀。(图1-5)
3.最后放入芫茜碎即可食用。

【Ingredients】
2 bowls cooked multigrain rice, 200g purple Shan Yao, 100g fresh corn kernel, 5 pcs fresh mushroom, 50g
cashew nuts, 30g GouQi, 1⁄2 tbsp chopped ginger, 5 bowls water
【Seasoning】
1 tsp mushroom stock granule, 1⁄2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, some chopped coriander, 1 tsp sesame oil
【Method】
1.Dice Shan Yao and Chinese mushroom.
2.Place all ingredients into pot and boil for 15 minutes, toss in seasoning.(pic 1-5)
3.Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.
