海鲜番茄浓汤 Seafood Tomato Soup

【材料】
A:蒜头10颗、西芹20克(切段)、番茄膏30克、番茄2颗(颗粒) 、马铃薯 6颗(切小块)、罗勒叶 10克
B:清水3公升
C:花螃蟹2只、青口10只、沙丁鱼5只(切段)、鲜虾15只(去壳)
【调味料】
鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙、白糖1⁄2茶匙、海盐1⁄2茶匙量、鲜奶油100毫升
【做法】
1. 预备大锅加入少许橄榄油预热,加入番茄膏翻炒后加入材料A翻炒5分钟。(图1-3)
2. 注入清水大火煮沸滚。
3. 煮至马铃薯熟透后,加入材料C。 (图4-7)
4. 加入调味料,如果喜好微辣可以加入少许干辣椒粉,沸滚后可以转中火煮5分钟至海鲜熟透后就可以起锅。(图8)
5. 可以搭配面包享用。

【Ingredients】
A:10 pips garlic, 20g celery (cut sections), 30g tomato paste,2 tomato (cut cubes), 6 potato (cut cubes), 10g
basil
B: 3 liter water
C:2 blue crabs, 10pcs mussels, 5 sardine fish (cut blocks), 15 prawns (shelled)
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp chicken powder, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1⁄2 tsp sugar , 1⁄2 tsp sea salt, 100ml fresh cream
【Method】
1.Heat some olive oil in wok, sauté Ingredients A for 5 minutes.(pic 1-3)
2.Pour in water and bring to quick boil.
3.Boil until potato is cooked through, add in ingredients C.(pic 4-7)
4.Add seasonings, may add some chili powder if desire. Once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until seafood cooked through, dish out.(pic 8)
5.Serve in bowl and eat with bread.
