泰式豆腐饼 Thai Style Tofu Pattie

【材料】
豆腐干2块、(长豆2条、红辣椒1只、指天椒2只、九层塔叶20片、疯柑叶3片、芫茜1小棵,全部切碎)、花生碎1⁄2汤匙、鱼味酱100克、面粉适量
【调味料】
面粉1汤匙、盐1小匙、胡椒粉1⁄4小匙、多用途咖喱粉2小匙
【做法】
1. 将豆腐干先压烂成泥状,加入其余材料和调味料搅拌均匀。(图1-3)
2. 把豆腐泥团捏成饼状,表面拍上适量面粉。(图4)
3. 烧热油,把豆腐饼放入油中炸至金黄色即可。(图5)

【Ingredients】
2 pcs harden tofu, (2 long bean, 1 red chili, 2 chili padi, 20 sprigs basil leaves, 3 sprigs kaffir lime leaf, 1 stalk coriander; chopped all), 1⁄2 tbsp chopped peanut, 100g gyomiso, some plain flour
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp plain flour, 1 tsp salt, 1⁄4 tsp pepper, 2 tsp curry powder
【Method】
1. Mash tofu and then mixes with all other ingredients and seasoning. (pic 1-3)
2. Shape tofu mixture into patties, coat with some plain flour to fry.(pic 4)
3. Heat oil in wok, deep fry tofu patties until golden brown.(pic 5)
