枸杞脆饼 Wolf Berries and Orange Biscotti

【材料】
白糖125克、蛋白125克、蛋糕粉125克、整粒榛果仁90克、橙皮糖60克、枸杞20克
【做法】
1. 把蛋白和白糖打成蛋白糖霜。(图1-2)
2. 慢慢加入面粉搅拌均匀。 (图3)
3. 加入果仁和果实拌匀,然后倒入四方或长方型的烤盘内。(图4-5)
4. 放入预热至130℃ 的烤炉里烤 45分钟即可。
5. 待凉后收入冰箱冷藏隔夜。(图6)
6. 把成品切薄片,然后放入烤炉以80℃ 烤 8分钟或至干透。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
125g sugar, 125g egg white, 125g cake flour, 90g whole hazelnut, 60g candied orange peel, 20g
wolf berries
【Method】
1.Beat egg white and sugar until stiff peaks.(pic 1-2)
2.Gently fold flour into the meringue. (pic 3)
3.Fold in the nuts and fruits and pour into a square or rectangular cake mould.(pic 4-5)
4.Bake at 130°C for 45 minutes.
5.Let it cool and rest in the chiller overnight. (pic 6)
6.Slice thinly and bake at 80℃ for 8 minutes or until dry. (pic 7-8)
