拉面沙律便当 Ramen Salad Bento

【拉面材料】
拉面75克、食油1汤匙、麻油2茶匙、蒜头1瓣(剁碎)、鸡柳130克、柳松菇50克、胡椒粉适量、清水4-5
汤匙
【沙律材料】
泰式辣椒酱3汤匙、盐适量、青瓜100克(切丝)烤芝麻1茶匙、莞荽叶2束
【做法】
1. 将拉面煮至软,滴干;鸡柳肉切丝。(图1)
2. 热油于不黏锅,把蒜头爆香。加入鸡肉丝,鲜菇,胡椒粉及清水,煮至材料刚刚熟即可,熄火盛出。

3. 把拉面放入鸡肉料中捞匀。(图5-6)
4. 加入全部沙律材料再捞匀。(图7)

【Ingredients for Ramen】
75 g ramen, 1 Tbsp cooking oil, 2 tsps sesame oil, 1 clove garlic(chopped), 130 g chicken fillet, 50 g
shimeiji mushrooms, 4-5 Tbsps water, pepper to taste
【Salad Ingredients】
3 Tbsps thai chilly sauce, salt to taste, 100g cucumber (shreadded),1 tsp toasted sesame seeds,
2 sprigs Coriander leaves
【Method】
1. Cook ramen until soften, drain; cut chicken into strips.(pic 1)
2. In a non-stick pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add chicken, mushroom, pepper, adding water until mixture is just cooked. Turn off heat.(pic 3-4)
4. Immediately toss the ramen into the chicken mixture.(pic 5-6)
5. Mix in all salad ingredients, adjust to taste(pic 7)
