天麻洋参乌鸡汤 GINSENG CHICKEN SOUP

材料
乌骨鸡 1 只、金华火腿 100g
药材料
天麻 3g、西洋参 3g、川芎 1g、当归 1g、枸杞子 3g、红枣 10g、清水 6 碗、米酒 1⁄2 碗
调味料
盐 1⁄2 茶匙
做法
1. 将火腿切丁,乌骨鸡洗净备用。
2. 将所有药材洗净,加入 4 碗水、1⁄2 碗酒,浸泡 20 分钟。(图 1)
3. 把乌鸡、火腿、浸泡好的药材药汁放入炖锅,再加入剩余 2 碗水及盐调味,放入蒸炉蒸约 1 个半小时即可食用。(图 2-4)

功能
增进体力、强壮体魄。
适应症
适合一般性调补滋养,但有类中风状况、怀孕而有胎动迹象者不宜。

3g Tian Ma, 3g Ginseng, 1g chuang Xiong, 1g Dang Gui, 3g Gou Qi, 10g red dates, 6 bowls water, 1⁄2 bowl rice wine

1⁄2 tsp salt
Method
1.Cut ham in cubes; wash black chicken and set aside.
2.Rinse all herbs ingredients together, and then soak with 4 bowls of water and rice wine for 20 minutes. (pic 1)
3.Put chicken and all herbs ingredients in a pot together with remaining 2 bowls of water and salt, steam in low heat for 1 1⁄2 hour. (pic 2-4)

Is just for general tune up nourish, not suitable for stroke condition or on pregnancy fetal movement signs.
