[Brunch 早午餐]培根香肠烤蛋 Baked Eggs with Bacon & Sausages

材料
A:培根3片、面包3片、鸡蛋2粒(打散)
A:3 pcs bacon, 2 slices white bread, 2 eggs(beaten)

B:牛油1茶匙、洋葱1⁄2 粒、香肠3条、糖、盐及黑胡椒粉各少许
B:1⁄2 onion, 3 pcs sausages, dash of sugar, salt & black pepper

C:沙拉叶
C:salad leaves

做法
1.准备一个muffin托盘,涂少许牛油后把面包放入托盘里,放入培根,倒入蛋浆。(图1-2)
1.Prepare a muffin pans, spread butter on bread and place inside the muffins pans, top with bacon and pour in egg sauce.(pic 1-2)

2.烤炉预热至180℃, 放入面包烤约10分钟或表面金黄即可。(图3)
2.Pre-heat oven at 180℃, bake the bread for 10 minutes or until the surface turns golden brown.(pic 3)

3.平底锅预热,加入牛油把洋葱炒香,加入香肠及调味料炒香备用。(图4-5)
3.Heat pan with some butter, saut? onion until fragrant, add in sausages with its seasoning.(pic 4-5)

4.将香肠及鸡蛋上碟摆盘,配上少许沙拉叶享用。(图6)
4.Plating and serve with salad.(pic 6)
