南乳杏鲍菇 Red Fermented Drumstick Mushroom

材料 :
杏鲍菇1包、南乳2片、南乳汁2汤匙、酱油少许、黄糖½
汤匙、胡椒粉少许、麻油少许
脆浆粉 :混合
水少许、炸粉5汤匙
做法 :
1 将杏鱼鲍菇切粗块,加入其余材料拌匀腌制好。(图1-3)
2 将杏鱼鲍菇沾上脆浆糊料,放入热油中以中火炸至金黄色,即可上桌。(图4-5)

INGREDIENTS :
1 pkt drumstick mushroom, 2 blocks red fermented bean curd and 2 tbsp of its gravy, some soy
sauce, ½ tbsp brown sugar, dash of pepper, sesame oil
BATTER :
Some water, 5 tbsp deep frying flour

METHOD :
1 Cut drumstick mushroom in bite size, marinate with others ingredients. (pic 1-3)
2 Dip drumstick mushroom with some batter, deep fry in medium heat until golden brown,
