五香牛扒 Chinese Five Spiced Steak

【材料】
牛扒2份、牛油少许
【腌料】
盐1茶匙| 、黑胡椒粉½茶匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、黄姜粉1汤匙、五香粉1茶匙
【配料】
波菜150克、柠檬片
【做法】
1. 把腌料混合,然后放入牛扒腌妥,置放10分钟。(图1-2)
2. 用加盐滚水把波菜川烫至熟,挤干水分排碟。(图3)
3. 热平底锅,加少许牛油,煎牛扒的两面,每分钟翻一次,煎至自己喜欢的熟度后盛出排碟。(图4)
4. 在煎牛扒的锅里加少许水,把剩余的汁煮滚,加少许糖调味后勾芡,然后淋在牛扒上即可。


【Ingredients】
2 set beef steak cuts
【Condiments】
1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp Chinese 5 spiced powder
【Sub-Ingredients】
150g spinach, lemon slices
【Method】
1. Mixes all condiment and add in beef steak to marinate for 10 minutes. (pic 1-2)
2. Blanch spinach in salted boiling water until cooked, squeeze out excessive water and do plating.(pic 3)
3. Heat skillet with some butter , sear steak and turn every minutes until the doneness according to individual desire. (pic 4)
4. Add some water into the remaining gravy of steak, season with dash of sugar and thicken with light starch, pour over the steak to serve.
