黑椒猪扒鲜菌饭便当 Black Pepper Pork Chop & Mushrooms Rice Bento

【材料】
肉眼2片、西兰花100克(切小朵)、(切片)、牛油1汤匙、白饭1碗
【酱汁】
黑胡椒酱3汤匙
【猪肉腌料】
少许盐、黑胡椒粉及3汤匙水
【做法】
1. 将肉眼捶松,加入腌料拌匀,腌置1⁄2小时。(图1)
2. 把牛油溶解,放入肉眼以中火煎至两面微黄色,倒入黑胡椒酱汁拌煮片刻即可。(图2-3)
3. 西兰花以沸水川烫至熟取出排在餐盒中。
【炒鲜菌材料】
鲜蘑菇100克、柳松菇60克(均去蒂川烫滚水)、牛油1⁄2汤匙、黑胡椒碎少许、盐少许
【炒鲜菌做法】
溶解牛油,放入菇类,洒入盐及黑胡椒碎,拌炒约1分钟便可盛出与黑椒猪扒饭一起排入餐盒中。(图4-6)

【Ingredients for Pork Chop】
2 pcs pork loin, 100g broccoli (cut florets), 1 tbsp butter, 1 bowl white rice
【Sauce Ingredients】
3 tbsp black pepper sauce
【Marinate for Pork】
dash of salt, black pepper and 3 tbsp water
【Method】
1. Loosen the meat with meat mallet, marinate for 1⁄2 hour.(pic 1)
2. Melt butter in skillet, sear the meat slices with medium heat until both sides turns brown, pour in black pepper sauce and simmer for a short while,
dish out.(pic 2-3)
3. Blanch broccoli until cooked, arrange in lunch box.
【Ingredients for Mushrooms】
100g Fresh button mushroom, 60g shimeji mushroom (remove stems & blanched), 1⁄2 tbsp butter, dash of crushed black pepper & salt
【Method for Mushrooms】
Melt butter in skillet, stir-fry both mushroom with black pepper & salt for about 1 minute, dish out and arrange in lunch box together with other pork chop and rice. (pic 4-6)
