鸡肉丸意大利面 Chicken Meat Ball Spaghetti

【材料】
A:鸡胸肉1⁄2副(剁碎)、面包糠100克、洋葱(切碎)30克、芹菜(切碎)30克、鸡蛋一粒
B:意大利面(煮熟)250克、意大利番茄酱(罐装)300克、巴马臣芝士粉适量、牛油适量
【调味料】
糖、盐及黑胡椒粉各适量
【做法】
1. 把全部材料A混合,加入适量盐、糖和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,捏成丸状。(图1-3)
2. 在平底锅放入少许牛油,把鸡肉丸煎约5分钟至熟。(图4)
3. 倒入罐装意大利番茄酱,然后加入意大利面和适量盐、糖、胡椒粉调味。(图5-6)
4. 上碟后撒上巴马臣芝士粉享用。

A:1 set chicken breast (minced), 100g bread crumb, 30g onion (chopped), 30g celery (chopped), 1 egg,
B:250g spaghetti (cooked), 300g Italian tomato sauce (canned), some grated parmesan cheese and dash
of butter
【Seasonings】
sugar, salt and black pepper to taste
【Method】
1. Combine all ingredients A in a mixing bowl, add in salt, sugar and pepper, mixed well and made into
chicken balls. (pic 1-3)
2. Heat butter in pan, sear chicken balls for 5 minutes or until cooked.(pic 4)
3. Pour in Italian tomato sauce, then add in spaghetti and dash of salt, sugar and pepper; stir well.(pic

4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top to serve.
