香茅酒香鸡 Braised Chicken with Wine & Serai

 

大鸡腿2只(剁小块)、香茅8支(拍扁)、姜120克(切丝)、麻油1汤匙

[调味料]

糯米黄酒1杯、双蒸白米酒2汤匙、生抽2汤匙、冰糖少许、盐少许

[做法]

1.将麻油加热放入香茅、姜丝炒香,跟着放入鸡块翻炒。

2.注入适量水加盖,焖煮约5分钟。

3.倒入调味料煮滚,便可趁热享用。

Ingredients:

2 chicken whole legs (cut into pieces), 8 stalks serai (bruised), 120g ginger, 1 tbsp sesame oil

Seasoning:

1 cup rice wine, 2 tbsp Chinese white wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, dash of rock sugar & salt

Method:

  1. Heat sesame oil in wok, sauté serai and ginger until fragrant; toss in chicken.
  2. Pour in adequate water and boil for 5 minutes with lid covered.
  3. Add in seasoning and bring to boil again, dish out.
