花腩炖粉丝 Stewed Pork belly with Glass noodle

【材料】
五花肉500克、粉丝30克(浸软)、蒜头1大粒
【酱汁材料】
黑酱油1茶匙、生抽2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、盐少许
【做法】
1. 五花腩切大块,然后川烫沸水,洗净。(图1-2)
2. 镬中烧热1汤匙油,倒入酱汁炒香,然后放入五花肉拌炒至香后,移入炖盅。(图3-5)
3. 注入水盖过肉,并放入蒜头炖40分钟。(图6-7)
4. 加入粉丝继续纯10分钟即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
500g Pork belly, 30g glass noodle (soaked), 1 whole garlic
【Sauce Ingredients】
1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, dash of salt
【Method】
1. Cut pork belly into chunks, and then blanch in boiling water and wash clean. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, toss in sauce ingredients, and follow with meat and stir-fry until fragrant; shift
to stewing pot. (pic 3-5)
3. Pour in enough water to cover the meat, add in garlic and stew for 40 minutes. (pic 6-7)
4. Add in glass noodle and continue stewing for another 10 minutes, done. (pic 8)
