烧肉粉丝煲 Clay Pot Roasted Meat with Glass Noodles

材料:

烧肉250克、粉丝50克、黄芽白200克、八角2粒

调味料:

上汤2杯、鸡精粉2茶匙、盐少许、胡椒粉少许、麻油1茶匙

做法:

1.烧肉切块粉丝泡浸剪成2段,黄芽白洗净切成2段。

2.烧热2汤匙油,把黄芽白炒软,然后盛入瓦煲内,面上排入粉丝及八角。

3.烧肉以少许生抽、麻油、糖炒香,盛入瓦煲内之黄芽白与粉丝上倒入调味料煮滚后,转小火煮约15分钟。

Clay Pot Roasted Meat with Glass Noodles (Cantonese)

Ingredients:

250g roasted meat (Shao Rou), 50g glass noodles, 200g Chinese cabbage, 2 pcs star anise

Seasoning:

2 cups stock, 2 tsp chicken stock granule, dash of salt and pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil

Method:

  1. Cut roasted meat into pieces; soak glass noodle and then cut into 2 blocks; wash Chinese cabbage and cut into 2 blocks.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry Chinese cabbage until soften, and then plce in clay pot and top with glass noodle and star anise.
  3. Stir-fry roasted meat with some soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, and then shift to clay pot, follow with seasoning and bring to boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
