烟肉玉米蒸水蛋 Steamed Egg with Bacon & Corn

材料:

鸡蛋5粒(约300克)、水260克、烟肉2片(切粒炒香)、玉米粒50克、蒜香油1汤匙

调味料:

鸡精粉1茶匙、油1汤匙、粟粉1茶匙、盐少许、胡椒粉少许、麻油少许

Ingredients:

5 eggs (about 300g), 280g water, 2 slices smoked bacon (diced and sear), 50g corn kernel, 1 tbsp garlic oil

Seasoning:

1 tsp chicken stock granule, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp corn flour, dash of salt, pepper and sesame oil

做法:

1.鸡蛋打散加入调味料拌打发并注入水拌匀。Beat egg and blend with seasoning and water.

2.把蛋液倒入蒸盘隔水加盖以中火蒸2分钟,加入适量烟肉粒及玉米粒继续蒸约10分钟(中途须打开盖2至3次,以去除多余的蒸气才能使蒸出的水蛋幼滑。)

Pour egg sauce in container and steam in medium heat for 2 minute, and then add in some bacon and corn and continue to steam for 10 minutes ( should open the lid during interval to let excessive steam evaporate, this will ensure you got a smooth texture).

3.最后加入剩余烟肉及玉米蒸约1分钟,取出之前淋入蒜香油便可。

Finally add in the rest of bacon and corn and continue to steam for 1 minutes, sprinkle garlic oil on top before dish out.
