梅香咸鱼蒸肉饼 Steamed Meat Patty with Salted Fish

【材料】
中咀肉(夹心肉)400克、梅香咸鱼1块、姜3片(切丝)、葱花少许
【调味料】
生抽1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙、绍兴酒1汤匙、粟粉1茶匙、水5汤匙
【做法】
1. 将猪肉剁碎,加入调味料捞匀铺入蒸盘中待用。(图1-3)
2. 将梅香咸鱼煎香,放入肉碎面上,并加入姜丝以大火蒸20分钟至熟。(图3-4)
3. 取出洒入葱花便可。

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Chinese wine, 1 tsp corn flour, 5 tbsp water
【Method】
1. Minced pork shoulder and marinate with seasoning; and then press into a steam plate evenly.(pic

2. Sear salted fish until fragrant, place on top of minced meat and sprinkle ginger around; steam
in high heat for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked.(pic 3-4)
3. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top to serve.
