凤梨猪肉串 Skewed Pork with Pineapple

材料 A
梅花肉 500克、樱桃小蕃茄 1盒、洋葱 2颗(切块)、凤梨(黄梨) 200克(切块)

材料 B
材料保鲜袋 1个、竹签 12支

腌料(B)
黄梨 300克(切块)、洋葱 1粒(切块)、蒜头 5瓣、酱油 1汤匙、蜜糖 1汤匙、
海盐 1茶匙

做法
1 首先将腌料中的黄梨、洋葱和酸头搅拌成泥状,加入酱油、蜜糖和海盐,拌匀备用。(图1)
2 梅花肉洗净抹干水份后,切成块状,与腌料混合均匀放进保鲜袋里,放入雪柜冷藏过夜。(图2-3)
3 取出腌猪肉,与番茄、洋葱块和黄梨块用竹签串起,备用。(图4)
4 将猪肉串排进烤盘内,以200度烤30分钟至猪肉全熟,趁热享用。(图5)

INGREDIENTS A
500g lean pork meat, 1 box cherry tomato, 2 onion (cut pieces), 200g pineapple (cut wedges)
INGREDIENTS B
1 zipped bag, 12 bamboo skewers
CONDIMENTS
300g pineapple (cut into pieces), 1 onion (cut pieces), 5 pips garlic , 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sea salt
METHOD
1 Blend pineapple, onion and garlic of condiments into puree; and then mixes with the rest of condiments ingredients. (pic 1)
2 Cut meat into pieces and put in zip bag, pour in mixture of condiments, shake well and keep in fridge overnight. (pic 2-3)
3 Remove meat form bag, skew with tomato, onion and pineapple, set aside (pic 4)
4 Put skewed meat into oven and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot (pic 5)
