凉拌香煎豆包 Seared Gluten Salad

 

 

材料:

豆包150克、大葱头2粒(切细)、黄瓜1条(去籽切细)、指天椒10条(切碎)、香茅2支(切碎)、姜花1支(切碎)、芫茜1株(切碎)

调味料:

鱼露1汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、酸梅膏2汤匙、辣椒酱2汤匙、酸柑汁1 1/2汤匙、糖1大汤匙

Ingredients:

150g wrapped gluten (Dou Bao), 2 onion (juliennes), 1 cucumber (seeded and chopped), 10 pcs chili padi (chopped), 2 stalks serai (chopped), 1 stalk bungga kandang (chopped), 1 stalk coriander (chopped)

Seasoning:

1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp plum paste, 1 ½ tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp sugar

做法:

1.将豆包撕开薄片,平底不黏锅烧热2汤匙油放入煎至香脆及呈金黄色取出沥油待用。

Tear apart gluten and pan fry with 2 tbsp oil in non-stick pan until golden brown, drain.

2.把切丝及切碎全部材料,加入调味料拌匀,然后排入碟中。

Mixes all ingredients with seasoning and arrange in plate.

3.把香脆豆包置于面上,即可享用。Place fried gluten on top and serve.
