金粟豆腐营养汤 Corn & Tofu Soup

【材料】

鲜粟米粒100克、嫩豆腐1块(150克)、番茄2个(200克)、素火腿30克、水3碗、青豆50克

【调味料】

盐1小匙、胡椒粉1⁄8小匙

【做法】

1.将番茄、豆腐、素火腿各切丁。

2.烧热少许油炒香素火腿、粟米粒、番茄,然后加入水一起煮沸。(图1-3)

3.最后加入豆腐、青豆、调味料煮沸后盛起享用。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】

100g fresh corn kernel, 1 block soft tofu (about 150g), 200g tomato, 30g mock ham, 3 bowls water, 50g peas

【Seasoning】

1 tsp salt, 1⁄8 tsp pepper powder

【Method】

1.Dice tomato, tofu and ham.

2.Heat some oil in wok, saute mock ham, fresh corn kernel and tomato until fragrant; add in water and  bring to boil.(pic 1-3)

3.Add in tofu, peas and seasoning; cook until boiled, done.(pic 4-5)
