杂菌胜瓜 Stir-fried Loofah with Mushroom

材料
胜瓜1条、白玉菇1包、杏鲍菇1包
1 loofah, 1 pkt white crab mushroom, 1 pkt drumstick mushroom
调味料
调味素1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙
1⁄2 tsp vegetarian stock granule, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp sugar
做法
1.准备1⁄2锅油,把材料A切小块,放入热油中泡油,捞起备用。(图1-2)
1.Cut ingredients into small pieces and then blanch in hot oil briefly, drain.(pic 1-2)
2.另外在干净的镬中烧热少许油, 加入全部材料和少许水炒匀。(图3)
2.Heat some oil in a clean wok, add in all blanched ingredients and some water.(pic 3)
3.加入调味料一起炒均匀即可。(图4)
3.Add in seasoning and stir-fry well, done. (pic 4)
