宫保素鱿鱼 Gong Bao Mock Cuttle Fish

材料
A:辣椒干10条(切段)、腰豆15粒(烤香)
A:10 stalks dried chili(cut into sections), 15 pcs toasted cashew nuts

B:素鱿鱼200克、姜6片、西芹20克、大青椒20克、玉米芯2条
B: 200g mock cuttlefish, 6 slices ginger, 20g celery, 20g green capsicum, 2 baby corn

调味料
酱油1⁄2茶匙、黑酱油1汤匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙、调味素1⁄2茶匙、生粉水少许(勾芡)
1⁄2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp vegetarian stock granule, some starch for thickening

做法
1.把素鱿鱼放入滚水川烫一下捞起滴干水备用。(图1-2)
1.Blanch cuttlefish in boiling water briefly, drain.(pic 1-2)

2.烧热1汤匙油,把辣椒干爆出味,加入材料B炒匀。(图3-4)
2.Heat some oil in wok, sauté dried chili until fragrant.Toss in all ingredients B.(pic 3-4)

3.注入少许水和调味料,继续炒2分钟。(图5-6)
3.Add in some water and seasoning, stir-fry for 2 minutes.(pic 5-6)

4.最后加入生粉水炒干即可盛出,撒上腰果上桌。
4.Thicken with starch and dish out. Sprinkle cashew nut on top and serve.
