【材料】

A:红灯笼椒50克(切丝)、洋蓟50克(去皮切丝)、红萝卜100

克 (切丝)、鲜香菇2朵(切半)

B:多利鱼200克、柠檬片3片、鲜莳萝少许

烘培用油纸1张

【调味料】

盐1⁄2茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙

【Ingredients】

A:50g red capsicum (shredded), 50g artichoke (shredded), 100g carrot(shreddeds), 2 shitake mushroom(sliced)

B:200g dory fish, 3 slices lemon, some fresh dill

1 sheet of parchment paper

【Seasoning】

1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp chicken granule stock, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper

【做法】

  1. 在平底锅热少许牛油,把材料A炒香,加入调味料炒匀备用。Heat some butter in frying pan, saute ingredients A till fragrant and soft, add seasoning and stir fry well.

把烘培用油纸剪出心形,并涂少许牛油。Cut parchment paper in heart shape, spread with some butter.

  1. 铺上炒好的材料A,放上多利鱼、柠檬片和莳萝。Place ingredients A on the parchment paper, top with dory fish, lemon slices and fresh dill
  2. 把油纸从旁对折封好,放入嘉威太空双煲锅以180℃烤约10-15分钟,即可取出摆盘上碟。Fold up the sides to seal the packet, bake in preheated CADWARE SPACE OVEN @180℃ for 10-15 minutes, done.
