巧克力松露 Chocolate Truffles

材料
黑巧克力100克、牛奶巧克力150克、鲜奶油125克、香草籽茎1条(取籽)、适量可可粉
10g dark chocolate, 150g milk chocolate, 125g whipping cream, 1no vanilla pod (seeds scraped), cocoa powder (for coating)

做法
1.把鲜奶油和香草籽煮滚。(图1)
1.Boil whipping cream and vanilla pod.(pic 1)

2.趁热把香草味鲜奶油倒入巧克力中,搅拌至巧克力溶解。(图2-3)
2.Pour onto chocolate and mix well.(pic 2-3)

3.把巧克力混合料倒入容器,收在冰箱至隔日。
3.Pour chocolate mixture into a container and chill overnight.

4.把巧克力混合料挤成小球状,收入冰箱冷冻后,取出沾可可粉。(图4-7)
4.Squeeze the chocolate mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator before roll in cocoa powder.(pic 4-7)

5.收入冰箱,随时享用。
5.Keep refrigerated.
