法式素芝士薯球 Mozarella Croquettes

【材料 Ingredients】

马铃薯400克(煮熟压烂)、冷冻三色豆50克、PAUL’s Thickened Cream 2 汤匙、少许盐和胡椒粉调味、BEGA Cheddar Cheese 碎50克、Floridia Mozarella Freshly Shredded Cheese 50克
400g potatoes(boiled and mashed), 50g mixed frozen vegetables, 2 tbsps PAUL’s Thickened Cream, pepper, salt to taste, 50g grated BEGA Cheddar Cheese, 50g Floridia Mozarella Freshly Shredded Cheese

【馅料 Filling】

Floridia Mozarella Cheese 50克(切成方块)
50g Floridia Mozarella Cheese (cut into square)

【沾料 Coating Filling】

面包糠100克、鸡蛋1粒(打散)
100g bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg

 

【做法 Method】

1. 将压烂的马铃薯和全部A料混合均匀,拌匀备用。
1. Mash the boiled soft potatoes and combine with all ingredients A, mix well and set aside.

 

 

2. 将芝士薯泥分成每粒30克,搓圆压平,包入一份Floridia Mozarella Cheese。
2. Scale each croquettes into 30 g balls. Flatten each ball of potato and wrap over the Floridia Mozarella cheese and shaped round up.

3. 将芝士薯球沾上蛋液,再沾上面包糠后,收入冰箱约30分钟。
3. Roll each ball into the egg sauce, and then coat with bread crumbs. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes in the freezer to set the croquettes.

4. 取出芝士薯球放入热油中,以中火炸至金黄色,即可捞起滴干油,趁热享用。
4. Heat sufficient oil, deep fry the croquettes in medium heat till golden brown. Drain and serve hot.
