巧克力草莓芭菲Chocolate Parfait

【材料】

切片巧克力口味瑞士卷2片、新鲜草莓100克、鲜奶油200 克、四果酱2汤匙、巧克力碎适量

【做法】

1.打发鲜奶油,以手拌方式加入四果酱,稍微混合即可。

2.放入挤花袋,备用。

3.取透明玻璃杯子,依次序放入瑞士卷、切半的草莓,然后挤上鲜奶油果酱,最后撒上巧克力碎,即可享用。

 

【Ingredients】

2 slices chocolate flavor Swiss roll, 100g fresh strawberry, 200g fresh cream, 2 tbsp Four Fruits Preserves, some chopped chocolate

【Method】

1.Whisk fresh cream until fluffy, mix in Four Fruits Preserves until just mixed.

2.Transfer to piping bag.

3.Use a clear glass, place in Swiss roll, halved strawberry and then pipe in fresh cream mixture, Top with chopped chocolate and serve immediately.
